Spring is here and the bluebonnets are everywhere! Most of the ones I’ve seen are kind of difficult to get to with small children (aka side of the highway), or the background is not the best (aka factory buildings). So I opted to take ours in the small patch in our neighborhood this year after a failed attempt at the larger patch on Dell Way in Round Rock. In hindsight, we went too early and should have gone right before sunset. The background isn’t the best, but the field is covered with them!
Putting your babies in the bluebonnets is a Texas right of passage, and I’m happy to oblige every year.
